Essential Oils, Acupuncture with ColorLight-MicroCurrent  is ‘AromaLight

My FamilyHello, I’m Michele, I’d love to help you feel better and create the life that you know you deserve!

Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine have been a huge part of my life over the last 18 years.  I am so blessed to serve such a wonderful community of people.

As an acupuncturist the biggest part of helping others is actually through education of proper nutrition, lifestyle and the use of herbs and whole food nutrient supplements.  This is true Chinese Medicine where the whole person is considered from head to toe.  As I always say, “Acupuncture stimulates your body’s natural resources to heal itself.”  That is why it is so critical to create a foundation of proper nutrition and a healthy digestive system for optimal health.

The addition of essential oils into my practice, and into my life has been the answer to my prayers.

Not only can I help educate you about lifestyle, and essential oils, you will be able to become empowered in your own health care, and possibly financially.  People love essential oils, and the compliance level is high.  Essential oils and supplements can help you support and create a wellness routine and healthy lifestyle.  Ask yourself:

Are you the type who is proactive in your health care?

Do you love to learn about and use natural forms of healthcare?

Do you welcome the addition of self-care to improve the effectiveness of your acupuncture or other form of therapy?

Do you place high value in staying healthy and reaching your healthcare goals?

Why Acupuncture and Aromatherapy?

I am a Californian Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) serving the North County San Diego areas of Rancho Bernardo, Carmel Mountain Ranch, 4S-Ranch, Escondido, Scripps Ranch, and Rancho Penasquitos for over 15 years.  I have always loved essential oils, and I have been using them in my home for myself and my family forever.  I love the fact that certain blends or oils can purify and clean the air giving it a fresh scent.  How I learned to use essential oils was that I bought a good resource such as an essential oil and aromatherapy book, and read it.  Next, I opened the bottles and used them!  Experimentation is required, as aromatherapy is both a science and an art.  You find what works for you.

I always tell people you can’t learn to cook without cooking!

So, similar to cooking, learning about the oils and using the oils go hand and hand.  As you use them you will learn more and more about them.

More importantly, while incorporating them into my acupuncture practice I noticed a significant increase in the effectiveness of my treatments.  I call this AromaLight or EnergyLight Acupuncture.
